Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Stockdesk (“Stockdesk”, “$STKD”, “we”, “us”). By using the desk or docs you agree to them. Change the product name in apps/web/src/config/brand.ts.

The service

Stockdesk is a software interface for viewing and composing Robinhood Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. It lets you inspect markets and sign transactions your wallet sends to the chain.

Not a broker, not shares

• Stockdesk is not a broker-dealer, exchange, ATS, bank, investment adviser, or custodian.
• Stock Tokens, index tokens, split tokens, and vault tokens are tokenized economic exposure. They are not legal or beneficial ownership of the underlying stocks or ETFs.
• Nothing on the desk is an offer to sell securities, investment advice, or a recommendation.

Transactions

The desk prepares unsigned transactions. You are responsible for reviewing them, gas, and the result onchain.

Wallets and keys

You connect through a third-party wallet provider. We never hold your private keys. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for any transaction you sign.

Products you create

If you create an index, split series, or vault, you are responsible for the mandate, weights, fees, and any image or metadata you publish. Deployed contracts and IPFS content may be public and irreversible.

Fees

Product fees (management fees, split fees, drip redeem fees, protocol splits) are described in the docs. Network gas is paid to the chain, not to Stockdesk as a brokerage commission. Quotes and venues can change.

Risks

• Smart-contract, oracle, bridge, and sequencer risk.
• Price feeds can be stale, paused, or unavailable.
• Corporate actions change multipliers; display is not ownership.
• A quote is not a guarantee of execution.
• You can lose the full value of tokens you hold.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stockdesk to break the law, attack the service, scrape in a way that degrades it, or misrepresent tokens as real shares.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uptime, quote quality, or that any product will achieve a result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stockdesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses from transactions you sign.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
